EVO TV's Car of the Year 2012

What do you do when you're one of the most popular automobile publications in the UK? Well, you take a load of cars - everything from sports cars, to super coupes, to super cars, to hyper cars - and pit them against one another. That's exactly what Tiff Needell and Dickie Meaden do in this video brought to you by EVO TV's "Car of the Year 2012". The warriors in the ring are the Lotus Exige S versus the Porsche Boxster S, the Toyota GT86 versus the Morgan 3 Wheeler, the BMW M 135i versus the Porsche 911 Carrera, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series versus the Alpina B3 GT3, and last and most powerful... The McLaren MP4-12C versus the legend-to-be Pagani Huayra. What else can be said here without the support of stunning visuals and glorious noise? Enjoy.

The Next A-Class Mercedes-Benz Anime Ad

Sometimes a gargantuan company needs to try different forms of advertising to branch out and appeal to different markets, and this is a prime example of said advertising. Japan's Mercedes-Benz division has come up with quite the interesting commercial to advertise and show off their upcoming A-Class, through the use of Japanese cartoon animation, or, "anime" as its known. With a runtime of around 6 minutes, this is no ordinary commercial, and can actually be better described as a full-on anime, complete with character depth, action scenes, loads of dialogue, and of course over-the-top chase scenes that flatter the A-Class's abilities and looks. With this kind of advertising, if you're part of the general American and German population, you probably won't be entertained by, or even understand this ad, but if you're from Japan or love anime, then grab some popcorn and Enjoy.

Leaving A Car Crash Like A Boss - In Russia

In Russia funny things happen to cars. They flip, roll, and of course, crash, in ways you'd never imagine. Another funny thing about Russia is when cars crash, there's no drama, there's no tragedy or disaster, as seen here when a car is hit and sent into a violent, seemingly endless roll, only to stop on its side, battered and dented... And then out of the rolled sideways-leaning vehicle, emerges a man who casually steps out of the broken windshield, as if he WAS NOT just inside a car, rolling across the free way. But hey, that's Russia for you, Enjoy.

The Chevrolet Corvette C7 is planned to be a next-generation monster of a car with looks that threaten and performance that kills. However, no one knows what it looks like or even drives like yet, but if you'd like a pseudo driving experience, then check out the Corvette C7 on your Playstation 3 console via Polyphony's Gran Turismo 5. Complete with all the real-life taped-on black rags and coverings, all of your friends will think you're the bomb. Okay, so the PS3 version of the C7 may be lacking in the looks department, but you can still get a good idea of how it will - or does - perform. If you don't have a PS3 and Gran Turismo 5, then check out this amazing video of a digitized Corvette C7 driving around generic locations, covered in rags. Enjoy.
